3. User Obligations

Users must comply with the following requirements:

• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services

4. Privacy and Data Protection

5. Service Fees and Payment

Service fees are based on cloud infrastructure usage and contracted services. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We provide 30 days' notice for any pricing modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" with best-effort support. We implement security measures against reasonably foreseeable threats and maintain compatibility with standard systems and platforms.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend services for violations of these Terms or non-payment of fees.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Hong Kong.
